Fiat Five Hunner - Amy Lou
Amy Lou’s latest single Fiat Five Hunner, released on the 19th January follows their fierce single Chania which was previously featured on Album of the Week. The lyrics are a play on words taken from the notorious Fiat 500. The song has clever, meaningful lyrics which are delivered by powerful vocals. The guitars are covered in a ‘chorusy’ shimmer while the drums drive the song with a punchy beat.
Amy Lou released her first single back in 2015 - Problems (She Wants To Be A Marine Biologist). Since then she has released three EP’s and various singles. Amy started as a singer-songwriter but has recently added bass, drums and guitar in the form of John James Huskie, Joe Kane and Jakob Archibald.
The 4-piece indie pop band are from Dunfermline, Scotland. The band are playing regular shows and when they come down south to the north… I will be making sure I have a ticket.
